If you've ever eaten a bagel from a chain restaurant, you know what to expect and will find it here at Einstein's. It was nothing to write home about, but after a disappointing breakfast the day before, we wanted something familiar. They were out of everything bagels which irritated me, but I managed and chose asiago instead. Got bacon, egg, & cheese with chive & onion spread on the side. The winter blend coffee was pretty good. I would go back just for that.

If you want to be treated like crap while you attempt to order a bagel make sure to check this place out. There are a few nice people that work here but in general the staff is rude and surly. Seems like they have a big morale problem at this place

Lox bagel, how I love you. You're the perfect morning breakfast. Nothing says "good morning" than breath laced with fish, capers, and onions. I love meeting people with stank lox bagel breath, and I think they enjoy meeting me, too, as evidenced by their grimaces. Service is fast, too. By the time you're done ordering and get to the register, your bagel is usually done. Friendly staff who are PATIENT. Much more patient than me (hey asshole, just hurry up and pick your god damned cheese for your stupid santa fe bagel already!!!). Oh, the coffee here is "meh," though. Not enough punch to really wake me up. I am a caffeine addict, though, so there's that.

Stopped in here for a quick pre hike breakfast. Well, I thought it would be quick. The service here was very slow! Yes, we weren't the only folks in the place but it took us quite awhile to get a plain spinach florentine bagel, a plain with strawberry spread, and an Applewood bacon and cheddar on egg white bagel sandwich. My spinach florentine bagel was pretty tasty. My wife's plain with strawberry spread was decent, though I was puzzled by how smashed and flat her bagel looked. In my mind, a bagel should have some body and substance! Our friends bagel sandwich looked very uninspired, messily put together, the cheese not melted or warmed at all. Bleh. Based on the recent Yelp reviews, I'd recommend going somewhere else for bagels instead!

The PC location has gone downhill (ski pun sort of intended). I stood at the counter for a good 7-8 minutes this morning without being greeted or having my order taken by the rude girls behind the counter who were apparently having a rough morning. I was even more rudely called down to the register to pay for an order that had not yet been taken. The cup for my coffee was handed over with no "thanks" from the guy at the register and although my food was prompt I could not believe the lack of customer interaction (no eye contact, no smiles, no "thank you", no NOTHING) from any of the staff. The bagel/toppings were OK but not memorable. The iced coffee was quite rancid and bitter. I will certainly skip what used to be a regular haunt for me going forward and happily head to Wasatch Bagel or Park City Bread & Bagel instead!

The bagels are great, and panini hot sandwiches makes it a hearty breakfast. Kids also have great time here. Very relaxed and warm environment.

This place is one of the dirtiest restaurants I've ever been to. You have to ask to have a table cleared. Drink area needs a good cleaning - I'm sure the coffee/soda machine/Milk/cream containers have never been cleaned. Milk/cream containers were empty, natch. Bathrooms may need condemning. There was no tp in either bathroom - I know this because I went to use the men's bathroom when I found blood on the toilet in the women's room. Men's was so gross I wouldn't use it either. I shudder to think what the kitchen looks like. Workers are a bit attitudinal - overall looks like no one gives two $h!+$ about this place. Did I mention they were out of bagels when we got there at 10a on a Friday morning. Pumpernickel, choc and cinnamon were all that's left.

I use to love coming to this einsteins. But lately, I've been disappointed. My most recent visit, they were only accepting credit/ debit cards. The place was a mess. There was no iced coffee made, and the coffee station looks like a tornado ran threw it. They charged me for the iced coffee even though there was no iced coffee. I'm so disappointed!!!! I hope this review will push for some improvements in management, and not defer others from coming here. This place use to be GREAT, and still can be great..... They just need to improve.

3 stars for a few small reasons - probably would otherwise give 4. Personally I like Einstein and find it very reliable. Daughter got a plain bagel but it was sprinkled with sesame seeds on it. Not a huge deal but annoying. Also got whole wheat + cream cheese; blueberry + cc; cinnamon bagel bites. Kiddos loved the bagel bites. Vanilla hazelnut coffee was ok. Too hot to drink for at least 10 minutes. Kids had juice boxes. Quick, friendly. Clean. Fine enough for a quick breakfast.

We've been to several Einsteins locations and have had consistently good bagels, this location is no exception. However, this location lacks the fresh, clean decor that other locations have. In fact, the place was filthy. We arrived at noon on Saturday and only one other customer in the place but zero clean tables. The floors, tables, chairs, walls, ceilings, air vents, drink station, restroom and counter area were all filthy dirty. Paint is peeling off the walls in a couple of places, the finish is worn of off the counter tops and several light bulbs were burned out. Although I had just taken a shower a couple of hours earlier, I really felt I needed another one after my visit here. Some of these things may sound nit picky, but this place is really nasty and needs to be cleaned and repaired.

Came in for a quick bite and I'm so glad I did. I had the Thintastic Chicken Pesto sandwich. So tasty and the ingredients tasted so fresh. The bagel was well prepared and the chicken was actually really well cooked! This place really exceeded my expectations!

New York quality bagels it ain't but for Park City, they churn out some tasty bagels. Nice and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. You can get a variety of toppings as well as bagel sandwiches. A good place to stop in for a carb-laden snack or quick breakfast.

normally a good experience.. but not today... loud heavy metal at 6:00 am. is not my cup of tea.. as I placed my order one staff member threw a chibatta roll towards me on the top of the counter,,,#%^?! (no I didn't order one) then I got the smallest Lox & cream cheese bagel in over 15 years eating here.. and the cranberry bagel scheemer was very stingy too... seamed like the "stoner" shift was in full throttle... I finally had to ask the manager what he was going to do with the roll still on the top of the counter? makes one wonder about general hygiene with such lack management... I like Einstein Bagels very much but there has been a downhill trend lately...

This is my preferred bagel stop in Park City. I prefer their bagels to anyone else's in town. They have a nice "light" menu too which is very clear with calorie content. I like their coffee too.

I'd take Einstein over Starbucks any day. Ok that might not be a fair comparison... But the truth is Einstein's got a much better selection food-wise, plus it's got all the coffee you could ever want. I love their sandwiches/panini's. The service is great too, and there's never much wait even if they're busy.

Solid bagels. And that's wonderful whether it's one of those ridiculously cold days or a nice summer day when you're craving a good bagel that's crispy and soft in all the right places. Their coffee is good and so is their service. I haven't had lunch there but it definitely seems like a good quick stop.

The bagel sandwich, the best thing to happen to breakfast since spam, eggs, and rice. I'm Filipino so that's a good thing. :) Einsteins for me is a throwback from highschool. Just as good now as it was then. I"m happy.

$.60 for the addition of butter to your bagel. no less than half a stick of butter smothered on the light and fluffy challah bagel. Doesn't take an "Einstein" to figure out that there are other franchises doing better. Perhaps I'm spoiled by my hometown franchise, but this seemed pretty meager in the technical bagel skillery.

Friendly service, they always get my order right and the bagels are tasty, especially when they are still warm.

Visited for lunch today... Tasty Turkey was great! Just about everything else was disappointing. It was obvious that the girl at the cash register was pissed off that I was there for lunch. She didn't smile, say hi or anything else when I walked up. She simply stared at me until I told her what I ordered. She asked whether I wanted chips or potato salad with my sandwich, but when I got back to the office to eat neither were in the bag. Really poor experience.

Went to Einsteins again to try out the lunch fair. I had a Tasty Turkey sandwich it was quite tasty! Turkey, tomato lettuce, bean sprouts, cucumber and a light chive spread on an everything bagel. The bagel was satisfactory but all in all the sandwich was delicious and filling. I got that with a side of potato salad too which was not to mayo-ee or salty which tends to happen a lot with potato salad. And how could I forget the delicious dill pickle as well! In addition opting for a sweet beverage instead of my usual water, I got a Raspberry Lemonade which was great as well although a little too sweet for my liking. My second outing was much better than the first and I would definitely like to try more or their foods. Maybe they were just having an off day. I will however state as I did before the Einstein Brothers has got nothing on good ol' New York bagels! PS The coupons for Einsteins are great. Got three dollars off the sandwich. Keep an eye out for them in the mail!
